The aim of the CIPD is todrive sustained organisation performance through shaping thinking,leading practice and building capability within the HR profession.Reporting to our Marketing and Membership Director andworking closely with the senior leadership of the CIPD, thisnew role will be primarily responsible for the developmentof an international membership proposition and for growingmembership on a global basis.

The job holder will need to have experience of drivinginternational business development activity. This position will be both strategic and operational and the ideal candidate will need to be comfortable devising and leading the strategy for international growth, whilst enjoying the operational aspect of selling and executing delivery.

Candidates should be of postgraduate calibre and commercially astute, with exceptional business development and relationship management skills. A background in HR management and development is desirable as is an understanding of membership organisations and associated educational frameworks.
