A founding partner of Strategic Dimensions, Mairi is also a co-founder of the Performance and Reward Centre (PARC) and a Director of the Corporate Research Forum (CRF).
A corporate member of the IPD and a graduate of Glasgow University, Mairi's HR experience was gained in the financial and avionics sectors.
Since founding Strategic Dimensions Mairi has supported a range of blue chip, international businesses in their search for talented professionals. Working at Board level, she has led our work in continental Europe and North America covering a wide range of sectors including telecoms, avionics, professional services, media, technology and financial services. Key clients include BT, BP, the BBC, the Cabinet Office, KPMG and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Mairi spent several years working in Southern Germany and France and, as a result, speaks both German and French.
