Research Manager
Rachel manages our research function, supporting the Strategic Dimensions team in identifying first class HR candidates using both formal search techniques and network search.
Having graduated in English from Exeter University, Rachel joined our team from a major management consultancy.
She began her Strategic Dimensions career as a successful recruitment consultant, in industries such as Telecoms, FMCG, Engineering, Service and Publishing sectors, before moving across into her current research role.
