A CIPD member and lecturer, Tina combines workplace experience with professional qualifications in her role as Researcher with Strategic Dimensions.
Prior to joining Strategic Dimensions, Tina's early HR career was spent in the retail and publishing sectors.
Tina holds a Certificate in Education and is a CIPD member. She has recently used her expertise to lecture on the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice.
